Merry Christmas from The Revival Team

Merry Christmas Eve-Eve from all of us at Revival! We took time to celebrate today with good food, a little board game fun, and sharing of gifts.

Shout out to the awesome local businesses playing a part in our holiday festivities…

Why are company Christmas parties important?

They are a great break:

Company parties give your employees time to let go of stress from the previous year and become motivated to take on the new year with gusto. Whether it is an afternoon spent playing games or just a lunch away from the office, parties give employees a break to relax and enjoy themselves without worrying about deadlines and projects.

Allows employees to bond:

Employees may work in different departments or remotely, due to the changing times in the workforce, and may not get to work closely with parts of the team. Hosting a company party can allow all parts of your team to get together and socialize. They can create bonds and build teams for a smoother workflow in the office.

Provides an opportunity for reflection:

Since everyone is already together, company Christmas parties are a great time to discuss the past year. Group conversations can happen about what went well and what the company could change to improve their success. This is also the perfect time to thank your employees for all they have done over the past year.
